ஆணையம் சார்பில் ஜெயலலிதாவுக்கு சிகிச்சை அளித்த அப்போலோ மருத்துவர்கள், சசிகலா, இளவரசி உள்ளிட்டோருக்கு சம்மன் அனுப்பியது. ஆணையம் தரப்பில், ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வத்துக்கு பலமுறை சம்மன் அனுப்பியும் அவர் ஆஜராகாமல் தவிர்த்து வந்தார். இந்தநிலையில், ஆறுமுகசாமி ஆணையம் முன்பாக ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம் நேற்று முதல்முறையாக ஆஜரானார். காலை மற்றும் மதிய உணவு இடைவேளைக்குப் பிறகு என சுமார் 3 மணி நேரம் அவரிடம் விசாரணை நடத்தப்பட்டது. அவரிடம் 78 கேள்விகளை ஆணையம் கேட்டிருந்தது. அதில், பெரும்பான்மையான கேள்விகளுக்குத் ’தெரியாது’ என்பதையே ஓ.பி.எஸ் பதிலாகச் சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்.

`2016 செப்டம்பர் 21 மெட்ரோ ரயில் நிகழ்வுக்குப் பிறகு ஜெயலலிதாவைப் பார்க்கவில்லை’ என்று சொல்லியிருக்கும் ஓ.பி.எஸ், அப்போலோ மருத்துவமனையில் அவருக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்ட சிகிச்சைகள் பற்றி தனக்கு எதுவும் தெரியாது என்றும் கூறியிருக்கிறார். அதேபோல், ஜெயலலிதாவுக்கு சர்க்கரை அளவு அதிகம் இருக்கிறது என்பதைத் தவிர வேறு எந்தவிதமான உடல்நலக் கோளாறு இருந்தது என்பது பற்றியும் தெரியாது என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்.
