சர்வதேச புலனாய்வு பத்திரிகையாளர்களின் கூட்டமைப்பான ICIJ, பண்டோரா பேப்பர்ஸ் (Pandora Papers) வெளியிட்டிருக்கும் ஆவணங்களின்படி, இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் ஜாம்பவான் சச்சின் டெண்டுல்கர் வெளிநாட்டில் கறுப்புப் பணத்தைப் பதுக்கி வைத்திருப்பதாகக் கூறப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. சச்சின் தவிர, இங்கிலாந்து முன்னாள் பிரதமர் டோனி பிளேர், பாடகி ஷகீரா என நூற்றுக்கணக்கான பிரபலங்கள் இந்தப் பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கிறார்கள்.

அமெரிக்காவின் வாஷிங்டனில் இருந்து செயல்படும் சர்வதேச புலனாய்வு பத்திரிகையாளர்களின் கூட்டமைப்பில் (ICIJ), கடந்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு பனாமா பேப்பர்ஸ் என்ற பெயரில் பிரபலங்கள் சட்டவிரோதமாகக் குவித்து வைத்திருக்கும் சொத்துகளின் ஆவணங்களை வெளியிட்டது. இது பெரும் அதிர்வலைகளை ஏற்படுத்தியது. இந்தநிலையில், பண்டோரா பேப்பர்ஸ் என்ற பெயரில் அந்த அமைப்பு தற்போது ஆவணங்களை வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறது. 119 கோடிக்கும் மேற்பட்ட அந்த ஆவணங்களை 117-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நாடுகளில் இயங்கும் 150-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஊடகங்களில் பணிபுரியும் 600-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் கடந்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக புலனாய்வு செய்து வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
ICIJ வெளியிட்டிருக்கும் ஆவணங்கள் இந்தியா உள்பட 91 நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த தற்போதைய மற்றும் முன்னாள் தேசியத் தலைவர்கள் 35 பேர், அரசியல்வாதிகள், பிரபலங்கள் என 330 பேரோடு தொடர்புடையது.
சச்சின் டெண்டுல்கர்
இந்தப் பட்டியலில் இந்திய கிரிக்கெட் ஜாம்பவான் சச்சின் டெண்டுல்கர், பாப் பாடகி ஷகீரா, பாகிஸ்தான் பிரதமர் இம்ரான் கான் மற்றும் ரஷ்ய அதிபர் விளாடிமிர் புடின் ஆகியோரின் நெருங்கிய வட்டாரத்தைச் சேர்ந்தோர், சூப்பர் மாடல் கிளவுடியா ஸ்கிஃபர் (Claudia Schiffer), இத்தாலியைச் சேர்ந்த தாதா Lell the Fat One, இங்கிலாந்து முன்னாள் பிரதமர் டோனி பிளேர், செக் குடியரசு பிரதமர் Andrej Babis, கென்ய அதிபர் Uhuru Kenyatta, ஈக்வடார் அதிபர் Guillermo Lasso உள்ளிட்டோரின் பெயர்கள் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கின்றன.
3 டி.பி அளவிலான இந்த ஆவணங்கள் உலகின் 38 நாடுகளில் செல்போன் சேவை வழங்கும் 14 நிறுவனங்களின் 7.5 லட்சம் போட்டோக்களுக்கு இணையான தகவல்களைக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. 1970-ம் ஆண்டு முதலான ஆவணங்கள் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கின்றன. அவற்றில் பெரும்பாலானவை 1996- 2020 ஆண்டுகளைச் சேர்ந்தவை. பண்டோரா பேப்பர்ஸ் ஆவணங்களில் இந்தியாவைச் சேர்ந்த 6 பேர் இடம்பெற்றிருப்பதாகச் சொல்லப்படும் நிலையில், மற்றவர்களின் பெயர்கள் வெளியாகவில்லை. வரி ஏய்ப்பு செய்யும் நோக்கில் வெளிநாடுகளில் தொடங்கப்பட்டிருக்கு வங்கிக் கணக்குகள், சொத்து ஆவணங்கள், முதலீடு செய்ததற்கான ஆதாரங்கள் என பல்வேறு வகையான ஆவணங்கள் இதில் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கின்றன.
