கடந்த 2019-20 நிதியாண்டில் தேசிய மற்றும் பிராந்திய அரசியல் கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு குறித்த தகவல் வெளியாகியிருக்கிறது. தேசியக் கட்சிகள் வரிசையில் ரூ.4,847.78 கோடி சொத்துகளுடன் பா.ஜ.க முதலிடத்திலும் பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகள் வரிசையில் அகிலேஷ் யாதவின் சமாஜ்வாதிக் கட்சி ரூ.563.47 கோடியுடனும் முதலிடம் பிடித்திருக்கின்றன. இந்த வரிசையில் அ.தி.மு.க மூன்றாவது இடம் பிடித்திருக்கிறது.
கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு
தேர்தல் சீர்திருத்தங்களைத் தொடர்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வரும் ஜனநாயக சீர்த்திருத்தங்களுக்கான சங்கம் (ADR) என்ற அமைப்பு ஆண்டுதோறும் அரசியல் கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு விவரங்கள் பற்றிய ஆய்வறிக்கையை வெளியிட்டு வருகிறது. அதன்படி, 2019-20 நிதியாண்டுக்கான அறிக்கை வெளியாகியிருக்கிறது. அந்த அறிக்கையில், பா.ஜ.க, காங்கிரஸ் உள்ளிட்ட 7 தேசிய கட்சிகள், அ.தி.மு.க, தி.மு.க, டி.ஆர்.எஸ் உள்ளிட்ட 44 பிராந்திய கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு விவரங்களை அந்த அமைப்பு வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறது.
தேசிய கட்சிகள்
தேசிய கட்சிகள் வரிசையில் தங்களது கட்சிக்கு ரூ.4,847.78 சொத்து மதிப்பு இருப்பதாக பா.ஜ.க தெரிவித்திருப்பதாக அந்த அறிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. 7 தேசிய கட்சிகளின் மொத்த சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.6,988.57. இதில், பா.ஜ.க-வின் சொத்து மதிப்பு மட்டும் 69.37% ஆகும். அதற்கடுத்தபடியாக மாயாவதியின் பகுஜன் சமாஜ் கட்சி, ரூ.698.33 கோடி (9.9%) சொத்துகளுடன் இரண்டாமிடம் பிடித்திருக்கிறது. இந்தப் பட்டியலில் காங்கிரஸ் ரூ.588.16 கோடி (8.42%) சொத்துகளுடன் மூன்றாமிடத்தில் இருக்கிறது.
நிரந்தர வைப்புத் தொகை அல்லது FDR வகையில் மட்டும் தங்களது கட்சிக்கு 2019-20 நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.3,253 கோடி கிடைத்திருப்பதாக பா.ஜ.க கூறியிருக்கிறது என்கிறது ADR அறிக்கை. இந்த வகையில் பகுஜன் சமாஜ் கட்சிக்குக் கிடைத்திருக்கும் தொகை, ரூ.618.86 கோடி. அதேநேரம், ரூ.240.90 கோடியை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி இந்தவகையில் கணக்குக் காட்டியிருக்கிறது.
பிராந்திய கட்சிகள்
2019-20 நிதியாண்டில் 44 பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகளின் மொத்த சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.2,129.38 கோடி. இந்தப் பட்டியலில் இருக்கும் முதல் 10 கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு மட்டுமே ரூ.2028.715 கோடி. இது பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகளின் மொத்த சொத்து மதிப்பில் 95.27% ஆகும். பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகள் வரிசையில் ரூ.563.47 கோடியுடன் (மொத்த சொத்து மதிப்பில் 26.46%) சமாஜ்வாதிக் கட்சி முதலிடத்தில் இருக்கிறது. தெலங்கானா முதல்வர் சந்திரசேகர ராவின் டி.ஆர்.எஸ் கட்சி ரூ.301.47 கோடி சொத்துகளுடன் இரண்டாம் இடம் பிடித்திருக்கிறது. மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் அ.தி.மு.க இருக்கிறது. 2019-20 நிதியாண்டில் சொத்து மதிப்பாக ரூ.267.61 கோடியை அந்தக் கட்சி கணக்கு காட்டியிருக்கிறது. நான்காவது இடத்தில் இருக்கும் தி.மு.க-வின் சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.162.425 கோடி. இதற்கடுத்த இடங்களில் சிவசேனா (ரூ.148.46 கோடி), பிஜூ ஜனதா தளம் (ரூ.118.425 கோடி) ஆகிய கட்சிகள் இருக்கின்றன.
கடன்
ஏழு தேசியக் கட்சிகள் மற்றும் 44 பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகள், கணக்குக் காட்டியிருக்கும் மொத்த கடன் தொகை ரூ.134.93 கோடி. தேசிய கட்சிகள் ரூ.74.27 கோடி மற்றும் பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகள் ரூ. 60.66 கோடி. தேசிய கட்சிகளில் அதிகபட்சமாக காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி, ரூ.49.55 கடன் வாங்கியிருப்பதாகச் சொல்லியிருக்கிறது. பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகளைப் பொறுத்தவரை 2019-20 நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.30.342 கடன் பெற்றிருப்பதாக ஆந்திர முன்னாள் முதல்வர் சந்திரபாபு நாயுடுவின் தெலுங்கு தேசம் கட்சி கணக்குக் காட்டியிருக்கிறது. அதற்கு அடுத்த இடத்தில் தி.மு.க இருக்கிறது. அந்தக் கட்சி கடந்த நிதியாண்டில் மட்டும் ரூ.8.05 கடன் இருப்பதாகச் சொல்லியிருக்கிறது.
