நெல்சன்
சென்னையில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்த நெல்சன் நியூ காலேஜில் விஷூவல் கம்யூனிகேசன் படித்தவர். அதன்பிறகு விஜய் டிவி நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் உதவி எழுத்தாளராக சில ஆண்டுகள் பணியாற்றிய இவர், 2010-ஆம் ஆண்டில் தனது முதல் படமாக சிம்பு நடிப்பில் ‘வேட்டை மன்னன்’ படத்தைத் தொடங்கினார். ஆனால் அந்தப் படம் பாதியிலேயே டிராப் ஆகிவிட நெல்சன் மீண்டும் விஜய் டிவியிலேயே தொடர்ந்து பணியாற்றிவந்தார். அதன்பிறகு 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டில் நயன்தாராவை வைத்து ‘கோலமாவு கோகிலா’ படம் மூலம் தனது அழுத்தமான முத்திரையைப் பதித்தார்.
பா.இரஞ்சித்
சென்னையில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்த பா.இரஞ்சித் அரசு கவின் கல்லூரியில் ஓவியம் பயின்றவர். அதன்பிறகு சினிமாமீது ஆர்வம் ஏற்பட்டு முயற்சித்த இவருக்கு 2006- ஆம் ஆண்டு சிவ சண்முகம் எனும் இயக்குநர் இயக்கி பிரசாந்த் நடித்த ‘தகப்பன் சாமி’ படத்தில் உதவி இயக்குநராகப் பணியாற்றும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. அதன்பிறகு ஒரு மலேசிய ஆல்பம் ஒன்றில் ஸ்டோரி போர்டு கலைஞராக இவர் பணியாற்றியபோது இயக்குநர் வெங்கட் பிரபுவின் அறிமுகம் இவருக்குக் கிடைத்தது. அதைத்தொடர்ந்து அவருடைய முதல்படமான ‘சென்னை 28’ தொடங்கி ‘கோவா’ வரை பயணித்த ரஞ்சித், 2012 –ஆம் ஆண்டு தனது முதல் படமான ‘அட்டகத்தி’ படத்தை இயக்கினார்.
எம்.மணிகண்டன்
மதுரை உசிலம்பட்டியில் பிறந்தவர் மணிகண்டன். அவரது அப்பா ஒரு போலீஸ் அதிகாரி என்பதால் பல ஊர்களுக்கு மாற்றலாகிப்போய் அந்த ஊர்களில் எல்லாம் படித்து வளர்ந்தவர் இவர். அதன்பிறகு ஃபோட்டோகிராஃபியில் ஆர்வம் ஏற்பட்டு திருமண புகைப்படக் கலைஞராக சில ஆண்டுகள் பணியாற்றியிருக்கிறார். பிறகு, பல படங்களில் உதவி இயக்குநராகப் பணியாற்றிக்கொண்டே குறும்படங்களில் எழுத்தாளராகவும் பணியாற்றியிருக்கிறார் மணிகண்டன். பிறகு, 2010-ஆம் ஆண்டில் அப்போது துணை நடிகராக இருந்த விஜய் சேதுபதி நடிப்பில் ‘விண்ட்’ எனும் குறும்படத்தை எழுதி இயக்கினார் மணிகண்டன். அதைப் பார்த்த இயக்குநர் வெற்றிமாறன் மணிகண்டனுக்கு ‘காக்கா முட்டை’ படத்தை இயக்கும் வாய்ப்பு வழங்கினார்.

ஆந்திர மாநிலம் விஜயவாடாவில் பிறந்த இவர் சென்னை கிறிஸ்தவ கல்லூரியில் மாஸ் கம்யூனிகேசன் படித்தவர். அதன்பிறகு இயக்குநர் மணி ரத்னத்திடம் ‘ஆயுத எழுத்து’ படத்திலிருந்து ஏழு வருடங்கள்வரை பணியாற்றினார். 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டு தனது முதல் படமான ‘துரோகி’ படத்தை இயக்கிய சுதா அந்தப் படம் தோல்வியடையவே மீண்டும் சில காலம் உதவி இயக்குநராகப் பணியாற்றினார். அந்த காலகட்டத்தில் பாலா இயக்கிய ‘பரதேசி’, ‘தாரை தப்பட்டை’ போன்ற படங்களில் பணியாற்றிய இவர் 2016- ஆண்டு வெளியான ‘இறுதிச்சுற்று’ படம் மூலம் மாஸ் கம்பேக் கொடுத்தார்.
லோகேஷ் கனகராஜ்
கோவை அருகே பிறந்து வளர்ந்த லோகேஷ் கனகராஜ் ஃபேஷன் டிசைனிங் படித்தவர். அதன்பிறகு சில காலம் தனியார் வங்கியில் பணியாற்றியிருக்கிறார். அங்கு பணியாற்றிக்கொண்டே நண்பர்களுடன் சேர்ந்து குறும்படங்களை எடுத்து பழகியிருக்கிறார். அப்போது கார்த்திக் சுப்புராஜ் தயாரிப்பில் பல குறும்படங்களை இணைத்து ‘அவியல்’எனும் தலைப்பில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட படத்தில் ஒரு குறும்படமாக லோகேஷ் இயக்கிய குறும்படமும் வெளியானது. அதற்கு கிடைத்த வரவேற்பைத் தொடர்ந்து அவருக்கு 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டு ‘மாநகரம்’ படத்தை இயக்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது.
