கொரோனா தொற்றுநோயைக் கையாள்வது தொடர்பாக பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடியையும் மத்திய அரசையும் களங்கப்படுத்தும் விதமாக காங்கிரஸ் டூல் கிட்’ ஒன்றை தயாரித்து வெளியிட்டுள்ளது என பா.ஜ.க தலைவர்கள் குற்றம்சாட்டியுள்ளனர். பா.ஜ.க தேசியத் தலைவர் ஜே.பி.நட்டா இதுதொடர்பாக ட்விட்டர் பதிவு ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டிருந்தார். ஜே.பி.நட்டாவின் கருத்தை தொடர்ந்து மத்திய அமைச்சர் ஸ்மிருதி இரானி, பா.ஜ.க பொதுச்செயலாளர் பி.எல்.சந்தோஷ் மற்றும் செய்தித் தொடர்பாளர் சம்பித் பித்ரா ஆகியோரும் டூல் கிட்’ தொடர்பான தங்களது கருத்தை வெளியிட்டுள்ளனர். ட்விட்டரில் `#CongressToolkitExposed‘ என்ற ஹேஷ்டேக்கை பா.ஜ.க ஆதரவாளர்கள் பதிவிட்டு டிரெண்ட் செய்தனர்.

ஜே.பி.நட்டா தனது ட்விட்டர் பக்கத்தில், `சமூகத்தை பிளவுபடுத்துவதிலும் விஷமான கருத்துக்களை தூண்டுவதிலும் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி ஒரு மாஸ்டர். இந்தியா காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் செயல்களைப் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. அதேநேரம் இந்தியா கொரோனா வைரஸ் உடன் போராடிக்கொண்டும் இருக்கிறது. `டூல் கிட்’ மாதிரியான ஒன்றை வெளியிடுவதை விடுத்து ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான செயல்களை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்” என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

பி.எல்.சந்தோஷ், கொரோனா வைரஸ் தொற்று நெருக்கடிக்கு மத்தியில் காங்கிரஸ் போலி செய்திகளைப் பரப்பி வருகிறது. அதிருப்தியைத் தூண்டுகிறது. இது அருவருப்பான செயல்” என்று குற்றம்சாட்டியுள்ளார். தனது ட்வீட்டுடன் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி வெளியிட்ட டூல் கிட் என்று அழைக்கப்படும் லெட்டர்ஹெட்டையும் இணைத்துள்ளார். மோடியின் புகழையும் அவர்மீது இருக்கும் இமேஜையும் அழிக்க இந்த நெருக்கடியான நேரம் ஒரு வாய்ப்பு எனவும் அதில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஸ்மிருதி இரானியின் ட்வீட்டில், `நம்முடைய நாடு கொரோனா வைரஸூடன் போரிட்டு வருகிறது. கொரோனா மரணங்களையும் அரசியல் வாய்ப்பாக பயன்படுத்தி காங்கிரஸ் மிகவும் தரம் தாழ்ந்து செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது’ என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி வெளியிட்டுள்ளதாகக் கூறப்படும் டூல் கிட்டில், “இந்தியாவில் உருமாறிய கொரோனா வைரஸ், மோடியின் உருமாறிய கொரோனா வைரஸ், காணாமல் போன அமித் ஷா, தனிமைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஜெய்சங்கர், ஓரங்கட்டப்பட்ட ராஜ்நாத் சிங் மற்றும் உணர்வற்ற நிர்மலா சீதாராமன்” போன்ற வார்த்தைகளை கொரோனா தொடர்பான விஷயங்களை சமூக ஊடகங்களில் பகிரும்போது பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பா.ஜ.க செய்தித் தொடர்பாளர் சம்பித் பத்ரா இதுதொடர்பாக ட்விட்டரில், “பிரதமர் மோடி மீதுள்ள மரியாதையை குலைப்பதற்காக காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி இந்த டூல்கிட்டை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. கொரோனா வைரஸ் தொடர்பான மேலாண்மை, மதரீதியிலான விஷயங்கள் மற்றும் மத்திய விஸ்டா திட்டம் ஆகியவைக் குறித்து அவதூறு பரப்பும் நோக்கில் இந்த டூல்கிட் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வெளிநாட்டு பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களின் உதவியுடன் இந்தியாவின் மதிப்பை குலைக்க காங்கிரஸ் களம் இறங்கியுள்ளது. உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின்படி உருமாறிய கொரோனா வைரஸ் என்று அதுவும் இல்லை. ஆனால், காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி அதன் தொண்டர்களிடம் மோடியின் உருமாறிய கொரோனா வைரஸ் என்று அழைக்க கூறியுள்ளது” என்று குற்றம்சாட்டியுள்ளார்.

டூல்கிட் தொடர்பான பா.ஜ.க-வின் குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி மறுத்துள்ளது. காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் சார்பில் ராஜீவ் கவுடா மற்றும் ரோஹன் குப்தா அகியோர் பா.ஜ.க-வின் மீது புகார் அளித்துள்ளனர். புகாரில், “காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் பெயரில் கடிதத்தை உருவாக்கி தவறான உள்ளடக்கங்களை அச்சிட்டு பா.ஜ.க வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. நாட்டில் வகுப்புவாத ஒற்றுமையை குலைக்கும் விதமாகவும் அமைதியின்மையை உருவாக்கும் விதமாகவும் வன்முறை மற்றும் வெறுப்பை தூண்டும் விதமாகவும் போலி செய்திகளை பரப்புகிறது. அரசாங்கத்தின் தோல்விகளில் இருந்து மக்களை திசை திருப்ப பா.ஜ.க இத்தகைய செயல்களை செய்கிறது” என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கவுடா மற்றும் குப்தா ஆகியோர் செய்தியாளர்கள் சந்திப்பின்போது, பா.ஜ.க-வினர் செய்வது மோசடி. எஃப்ஐஆர் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டவுடன் நடவடடிக்கை எடுக்கக்கோரி ட்விட்டர், ஃபேஸ்புக், இன்ஸ்டாகிராம் மற்றும் யூ டியூப் போன்ற அனைத்து தளங்களுக்கும் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக கடிதம் எழுதுவோம்” என்று தெரிவித்தனர். மணிப்பூர் மாநிலத்தின் முதலமைச்சர் என் பிரேன் சிங்,வெளியிடப்பட்ட டூல் கிட் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் அதிர்ச்சியூட்டும் செயல்பாடு. அங்குள்ள மோடி மீதான வெறுப்பு தற்போது இந்திய வெறுப்பாக மாறி வருகிறது” என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் செய்தித் தொடர்பாளர் பவன் கெரா இதுதொடர்பாக பேசும்போது, “கேள்விகள் மற்றும் விமர்சனங்களை சரி செய்ய இரண்டு வழிகள் உள்ளன. ஒன்று கேள்விகளுக்கும் விமர்சனங்களுக்கும் பதிலளித்து எங்கு தவறு செய்தோம் என்பதை உணர்வது. இரண்டாவது வழி பா.ஜ.க-வின் டூல்கிழ் வழி. இது உங்களை கேள்வி கேட்பவர்களை பதிலளிக்காமல் தாக்குவது” என்று விமர்சித்தார்.

முன்னதாக, புதிய விவசாய சட்டங்களுக்கு எதிரான உச்சகட்ட போராட்டத்தின்போது விவசாயிகளுக்கு ஆதரவளிக்கும் சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் டூல்கிட் ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டதாக பா.ஜ.க குற்றம்சாட்டியது. அதில் முக்கிய குற்றவாளியாக கருதப்பட்ட திஷா ரவியை ஜாமீனில் விடுவித்த டெல்லி நீதிமன்றம், “அவருக்கு எதிராக மிகக்குறைந்த ஆதாரங்கள் இருப்பதாகவும் அரசாங்கங்களின் கொள்கைகளை விமர்சித்ததற்கான மக்களை சிறையில் அடைக்க முடியாது” என்று தெரிவித்ததும் கவனிக்கத்தக்கது.
