Tamilnadu: கிரிமினல் வழக்குகள் கொண்ட 68 பேர்; 157 கோடீஸ்வர எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள்! ஏ.டி.ஆர் அறிக்கை சொல்வதென்ன?

தமிழகத்தில் தற்போதைய சிட்டிங் எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள் 68 பேர், தங்கள் மேல் கிரிமினல் வழக்குகள் நிலுவையில் இருப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

தமிழக எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள் கடந்த 2016 தேர்தலில் தாக்கல் செய்த பிரமாண பத்திரங்களை ஆய்வு செய்து அதுகுறித்த அறிக்கையை ஜனநாயக சீர்திருத்தங்களுக்கான சங்கம் (ADR) வெளியிட்டிருக்கிறது. 234 தொகுதிகளில் 204 எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள் குறித்து அந்த அமைப்பு ஆய்வு நடத்தியிருக்கிறது. நான்கு தொகுதிகள் காலியாக இருக்கும் நிலையில், 26 எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள் குறித்த தகவல்கள் முழுமையாகக் கிடைக்கவில்லை அல்லது அவர்களது பிரமாணப்பத்திரங்கள் முறையாக ஸ்கேன் செய்து டிஜிட்டலில் ஆவணப்படுத்தப்படவில்லை என்பதால் ஆய்வு செய்யமுடியவில்லை என்று அந்த அமைப்பு கூறியிருக்கிறது.

கிரிமினல் வழக்குகள்

204 எம்.எல்.ஏக்களில் 68 எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள், அதாவது 33 சதவிகிதம் பேர் தங்கள் மேல் கிரிமினல் வழக்குகள் நிலுவையில் இருப்பதாகக் கூறியிருக்கிறார்கள். இவர்களில் 38 பேர் மீது கடுமையான பிரிவுகளில் கிரிமினல் வழக்குகள் பதியப்பட்டிருக்கின்றன. இந்த வழக்குகள் குறைந்தபட்சம் 5 ஆண்டுகள் வரை சிறைதண்டனை விதிக்கப்படலாம். இதில், 22 பேர் தி.மு.கவினர், 13 பேர் அ.தி.மு.கவினர். காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியைச் சேர்ந்த இரண்டு பேர் மற்றும் சுயேட்சை ஒருவர் இந்தப் பட்டியலில் இருக்கிறார்கள். எட்டு எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள் மீது கொலை முயற்சி வழக்குகள், இரண்டு பேர் மீது பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான குற்றங்களுக்கான கிரிமினல் வழக்குகளும் நிலுவையில் இருக்கின்றன.

சொத்து மதிப்பு

204 எம்.எல்.ஏக்களில் 157 பேர் (77 சதவிதம்), தங்களுக்கு ஒரு கோடிக்கும் மேல் சொத்துகள் இருப்பதாகக் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். தமிழக எம்.எல்.ஏக்களின் சராசரி சொத்து மதிப்பு 6.05 கோடி ரூபாய். அ.தி.மு.க-வின் 109 எம்.எல்.ஏக்களில் 76 பேர் (70%), தி.மு.க-வின் 86 பேரில் 74 பேர் (86%), காங்கிரஸின் 7 பேரில் 5 பேர் (71%), ஐ.யூ.எம்.எல் மற்றும் ஒரு சுயேட்சை எம்.எல்.ஏ-வும் கோடீஸ்வரர்கள்.

சொத்துமதிப்பைப் பொறுத்தவரையில் முதல் 3 இடங்களையும் தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏக்களே பிடித்திருக்கிறார்கள். அண்ணா நகர் தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏ மோகன், தனது சொத்து மதிப்பாக ரூ.170 கோடியும், ஆலங்குளம் தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏ ஆலடி அருணாவின் சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.37 கோடியும், ராணிப்பேட்டை தொகுதி தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏ ஆர்.காந்தியின் சொத்து மதிப்பு 36 கோடி ரூபாயாகவும் இருப்பதாக அவர்கள், பிரமாணப் பத்திரங்களில் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். 109 அ.தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏக்களின் சராசரி சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.3.49 கோடி. 86 தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏக்களின் சராசரி சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.9.49 கோடியாகும்.

குறைந்த சொத்து மதிப்புக் கொண்ட எம்.எல்.ஏக்கள்

எம்.எல்.ஏக்களைப் பொறுத்தவரை பவானிசாகர் தொகுதி அ.தி.மு.க சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் எஸ்.ஈஸ்வரன், தனக்கு ரூ.4 லட்சம் மதிப்பிலான சொத்துகள் இருப்பதாகக் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார். அதற்கடுத்த இடங்களில் முறையே கே.வி.குப்பம் அ.தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏ ஜி.லோகநாதன் (ரூ.14 லட்சம்), பத்மநாபபுரம் தி.மு.க எம்.எல்.ஏ மனோதங்கராஜ் (ரூ.16 லட்சம்) ஆகியோர் இருக்கிறார்கள். 204 எம்.எல்.ஏக்களில் 17 பேர், அதாவது 8 சதவீதம் பேர் பெண்கள்.
