ஜெனி – ‘குஷி’
காதலை உள்ளுக்குள் வைத்துக்கொண்டு ஈகோவை சமாளிக்கப் போராடும் இளம்பெண் ஜெனி கேரக்டரில் செம்ம ஃபிட்டாக பொருந்தியிருந்தார் ஜோதிகா. வெடுக் வெடுக்கென கழுத்தை ஒடித்து ஒடித்து பேசும் ஜோதிகாவின் உடல் மொழி அப்போதைய தமிழ் சினிமாவுக்கு மிகப் புதுசு. என்னதான் அது படத்தின் இயக்குநர் எஸ்.ஜே.சூர்யாவின் சொந்த உடல்மொழி என்றாலும் அதை உள்வாங்கிக்கொண்டு அழகாக வெளிப்படுத்த ஒரு திறன் வேண்டுமல்லவா. அதை பர்ஃபெக்ட்டாகவே செய்து பாராட்டுக்களை குவித்திருப்பார் ஜோ.

எந்தவொரு ஹீரோயினுக்கும் தன்னுடைய கரியரில் இப்படியொரு படத்தில், இப்படியொரு நடிகருடன் நடித்திட வேண்டும் என நிச்சயம் ஒரு எதிர்ப்பார்ப்பு இருக்கும். அப்படி ஒரு எதிர்பார்ப்பு ‘சந்திரமுகி’ படம் மூலம் ஜோதிகாவுக்கும் நிறைவேறியது. படத்தின் கதையில் ஆரம்பத்தில் ஏனோ தானா என வந்துப்போய்க்கொண்டிருந்த ஜோதிகா, ஒரு கட்டத்திற்குப் பிறகு டேக் ஆஃப் எடுத்து கிளைமேக்ஸில் ருத்ர தாண்டவமே ஆடியிருப்பார். ‘முழுசா’ சந்திரமுகியாக மாறி அவர் ‘ரா..ரா..’ என விளிக்கும் அந்தவொரு ஷாட்டை மறக்கமுடியுமா?

தன்னுடைய நடிப்பின் மூலம் ஜோதிகா வேறொரு பரிணாமத்தைத் தொட்ட படம் ‘பச்சைக்கிளி முத்துச்சரம்’. அப்பாவி ஆண்களிடம் காதல் மொழி பேசி பணம் பறிக்கும் ‘ஸ்மிதா’ கேரக்டரில் சிறப்பாகப் பொருந்தியிருப்பார் ஜோதிகா. சரத்குமாரிடம் கண்களாலேயே காதல் வலை வீழ்த்தும்போதாகட்டும் எதிர்ப்பவர்களைத் துப்பாக்கியை எடுத்து சுட்டுத் தள்ளும்போதாகாட்டும் என ஒரே படம் மூலம் இரண்டு எல்லைகளையும் ஜஸ்ட் லைக் செய்திருப்பார் ஜோதிகா.
